Koupen-chan (コウペンちゃん), the encouraging baby penguin, holds a pastel umbrella in this soft plush mascot. Flower details and pink, purple and blue accents give it a rainy-day look.

Use the ball chain to attach it to a bag or backpack, or display it with your Koupen-chan collection.
